Visitors to our Website
When someone visits talentology.consulting we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Leadership Assessments
From time to time Talentology Ltd may invite individuals to complete leadership assessments, including the Seven Virtues Leadership Assessment. When you complete one of our assessments, we may collect personal data such as your email address and responses to assessment questions. This information is used for the purpose of providing you with your assessment results, analysing aggregated trends in leadership behaviours, and supporting the development of leadership frameworks, research and insights.
Individual assessment responses are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Assessment data is securely processed and stored using Jotform, which acts as a data processor on behalf of Talentology Ltd and hosts data within UK-based data centres.
If you would like your assessment data to be deleted, please contact info@talentology.consulting.
