13 Jan Purpose and Ikigai Podcast with Chris Heron – CEO Visibly
In November 2019 I spoke at The FIRM event in Cambridge where the CEO of Visibly heard me talk about my experiences of working at global organisations Unilever, Sky, Warner Bros and Diageo. He enjoyed my talk so much that he invited me to do a podcast.
In this podcast we discuss the development of individuals, teams and organisations, as well as driving people experiences, to achieve personal and organisational goals. We ended the discussion with me explaining the intriguing Japanese philosophy of ‘Ikigai,’ and how it ties into purpose.
