"The coaching sessions with Katherine allowed me to take a deeper look at some challenges and questions I had about my leadership and communication style. Taking very practical, real situations and going through them and discussing the rationale behind each one, we explored other ways of approaching and dealing with the situations which really helped me to see different options available to me.
