MENTORING

We have first-hand experience of seeing the value and impact Mentoring can have on individuals, managers, leaders and organisations having designed and implemented a range of successful mentoring programmes over the years including an award-winning global mentoring programme. Mentoring is on the rise as 71% of Fortune 500 companies offer formal mentoring programmes to their employees whether it’s a traditional mentoring programme, mentoring for a particular population e.g graduates, reverse mentoring or group/peer mentoring. We can design and create an end to end mentoring programme for you by following our tried and tested approach.

 

COACHING

We provide a range of coaching offerings from executive or individual coaching, to team and group coaching. We coach individuals at all levels from graduates to senior leaders across different sectors either face to face or virtually depending on your needs, so we have a lot of expertise and experience. We know coaching delivers results, as much research has been conducted into the benefits of coaching and the return on investment it provides. For us coaching is all about providing individuals with the space to stop, think, reflect and learn to enable them to be the best they can be and at what they do.

PSYCHOMETRICS

Using psychometrics is a great way to help individuals and teams gain insights, feedback and become more aware of themselves and others.

 

We are experienced and licensed users of MBTI and Facet 5, both of which are great evaluation tools to use as part of individual or team development.

 

We recommend that any psychometrics are used in conjunction with either 1:1, group coaching or as part of a wider development programme rather than a standalone activity.
